A disc-shaped object photographed in May 2006 over Baghdad (Iraq). How do aliens fit into such thin "discs"?
Dr. Sean M. Kirkpatrick, who recently headed the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) – an office established by the U.S. government under the Department of Defense, has "confessed".
John Michael Godier, host of the Event Horizon podcast, pressed the former "chief of discs," as they called Sean, and he confirmed public suspicions: the program for so-called reverse engineering does indeed exist. Its protocols involve the recovery of all downed UFOs - UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena): from balloons and drones to alleged alien technology.
According to Kirkpatrick, AARO was developing not only standard reporting procedures for space command and all combat units but also measures for mitigating and responding to incidents involving the discovery or destruction of UAP of any kind.
Is he right or wrong?
Essentially – it may seem so, as the Pentagon representative confirmed the words of David Grusch - the "whistleblower" who became quite famous due to his "revelations." A former high-ranking intelligence officer, as he is presented, testified under oath in front of the U.S. Congress in late July 2023 about things that previously only appeared in science fiction novels.
In short: the U.S. has crashed extraterrestrial spacecraft, and there are bodies of pilots – "biological entities" found in them. The government is hiding this and funds programs to recover "non-human technology." Grusch himself has not seen the technology but has spoken to dozens of credible individuals involved in such projects – specifically, the aforementioned "reverse engineering."
The backdrop for these revelations is quite fitting.
Kirkpatrick seriously speculated that the interstellar asteroid Oumuamua, which flew by us from another star system, could be a mothership for alien reconnaissance probes. He wrote in a scientific journal: "There is a possibility that extraterrestrial motherships and smaller probes may visit the planets of the Solar System."
General Glen VanHerck, head of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), stated that the Pentagon has not dismissed the theory that UAP troubling the military are created by extraterrestrials.
A notification sent to the military: highlighted words regarding UAP recovery
NASA Administrator Bill Nelson, after talking with pilots who personally chased UAP and targeted them, once remarked:
“Who am I to say that Earth is the only place harboring such a civilized and organized form of life as ours?”
There are also more specific "evidences." One of the most sensational comes from Dr. James Lacatski, a former analyst at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and a missile expert, who presented his findings in a book released last year. Titled “Inside the U.S. Government Covert UFO Program: Initial Revelations,” he co-authored the book with investigative reporter George Knapp from Las Vegas and biochemist Dr. Colm Kelleher.
Lacatski claimed that he, along with Kelleher, participated in one of the applied UFO programs called the Advanced Weapons System Application Program (AAWSAP) and reported that in the early 2000s, the U.S. discovered an alien spacecraft – "without wings, fuel tanks, or engines," which was visited by officials.
When asked if he himself had boarded the craft, Lacatski said: “I can’t answer that question.”
Uri Geller was perhaps the most "outspoken" – the very British "unique" (he is still alive, residing in Israel), who claimed that he does not perform tricks but bends spoons by sheer will.
Calling the Pentagon's report denying extraterrestrial activity complete nonsense, Geller recounted how Wernher von Braun – the legendary German rocket scientist who worked for the U.S. after the war, took him to an underground storage facility at the Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland in 1974, showing him a piece of metal – "a UFO fragment that crashed on Earth," and frozen bodies of aliens.
So, how should we regard all this now?
I believe we should approach it calmly. But first, let's clarify what Sean Kirkpatrick revealed that is so special.
The former "chief of discs" frustrated the public during his time at the Pentagon, repeatedly stating: “no credible evidence of extraterrestrial activity or technologies has been discovered; objects that challenge known laws of physics have not been encountered.”
In other words, the "Pentagon ufologists" from AARO stubbornly distanced themselves from aliens, despite a barrage of accusations of complicity in covering up the truth about UFOs. Or UAPs.
And now, no actual admissions have been made. The expert's words were misinterpreted. Yes, specialists are engaged in "reverse engineering," but not of alien technology. They are trying to recover the UFOs that have been shot down to understand what they are. But see above: “no credible evidence of extraterrestrial activity or technologies has been discovered.”
As Kirkpatrick explained, and previously representatives of the Department of Defense (DOD), the Pentagon at one time indeed considered a program for reverse engineering alien technologies – it was pushed by enthusiasts who accused the U.S. government of hiding crashed UFOs.
The program, code-named Kona Blue, was proposed to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) but was ultimately rejected "for lack of merit."
The Department of Defense emphasized: “no extraterrestrial crafts or bodies have ever been recovered. The existence of such was only suggested by the advocates of Kona Blue and potential program executors.”
Whom to believe? It's unclear. Unquestionably – perhaps no one. Though it should be acknowledged that the atmosphere of Earth, in the near and especially in the deep space, holds many mysterious, unexplained, and unidentified phenomena.
However, agree that if aliens are already nearby – at the very least, they are frozen somewhere in the U.S., what is the point of the efforts of scientists from various countries searching for any form of life in the Universe? Spending billions trying to catch signals from extraterrestrial civilizations?
If there are no aliens on Earth, then there is no misunderstanding.
Three years ago, Dmitry Rogozin – then head of Roscosmos – supported his colleague Bill Nelson, who heads NASA, in believing that it would be unreasonable to completely dismiss the existence of aliens until all circumstances are clarified.
