The short track team clinched bronze at the World Tour event.

The men's team of Kazakhstan claimed the bronze medal in the team relay, reports Caravan.kz.

The team consisted of Denis Nikisha, Mersaid Zhaksybaev, Gleb Ivchenko, and Adil Galiyakhmetov.

The Kazakh Nomads competed in the final race over a distance of 5,000 meters and finished third, falling behind the teams from Italy and Canada.

This is the second medal for the Kazakhstan team in the World Tour stages this season. In December 2024, the women's team also secured bronze in the 3,000-meter relay.

As a reminder, earlier, a Kazakh tennis player achieved a triumphant victory at the "Challenger" event.
