Kazakhstan's fate has been decided for the 2026 Winter Olympics.
The National Olympic Committee of Kazakhstan has received an official invitation to the 2026 Winter Olympics, which will take place in the Italian cities of Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo.

The invitation was sent by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as part of the traditional procedure confirming a country's participation in the largest winter sporting event, reports Sports.kz.
Kazakhstani athletes have been competing in the Winter Olympics since 1994, when the country first participated in the Games as an independent state. Since then, Kazakhstani athletes have won a total of eight medals — one gold, three silvers, and four bronzes.
The 2026 Olympics will take place from February 6 to 22.
