The athlete was removed from a flight to the USA the day before. Later, he posted a comment about this incident on his Instagram page.
In his defense, Khabib described the flight attendant as rude. According to him, she was determined to prevent him from boarding the flight.
"What was her reason for this, racial, national, or something else, I can't say for sure," the athlete expressed his confusion.
He further defended himself by stating that he remained calm throughout the conflict and did not succumb to provocation.
"I think people need to be kinder," Nurmagomedov concluded.
