"In accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the decision of the Bureau of the Public Association "People's Party of Kazakhstan", the vacant mandate has been transferred to Nuralin Asylbek Jamashuly," the press service of the Central Election Commission reported.
At the same time, the Central Election Commission decided to terminate the powers of Mazhilis deputy Gauhar Tanashova.
"To recognize the loss of powers of Tanashova Gauhar Shaimerdenkyzy as a Mazhilis deputy based on the decision of the Bureau of the Public Association "People's Party of Kazakhstan" dated December 23, 2024, No. 27," the message on the CEC website states.
The powers of the new deputy took effect from the moment of his registration. The Chairman of the CEC, Nurlan Abdirov, presented Asylbek Nuralin with a certificate and a badge of the established sample, wishing him success in his work as part of the deputy corps.
The decision to transfer the mandate was made based on the resolution No. 27 of the Bureau of the Public Association "NPK" dated December 23, 2024.
On January 14, 2025, a new vice minister of culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan was appointed. He is Aibek Sydykov.
