Olzhas Bektenov emphasized that the development of artificial intelligence is a fundamental factor in this process. It is one of the main methods of debureaucratization.
"First and foremost, special attention must be paid to providing legal assistance to the population. To this end, the development of simplified proceedings through a judicial enforcement robot is ongoing. Since the launch of the robot in August of last year, more than 125,000 documents have been executed. The savings for citizens during the procedures exceeded 600 million tenge," Olzhas Bektenov said.
He also pointed out the need to improve the mechanism of executive inscriptions in notary services to enhance the effectiveness of measures aimed at protecting the rights of individuals and legal entities.
"The Ministry of Justice must ensure the implementation of the proposed approaches, including through amendments to the legislation. This involves opening a personal account in the 'E-Notariat' system, performing executive inscriptions only at the debtor's registration location, and their automatic distribution among notaries," noted the head of government.
According to Olzhas Bektenov, it is necessary to further develop and modernize the information systems "Adilet," the Reference Control Bank, E-ZanKomegi, and eOtinish.
"Almost 2,000 lawyers and legal consultants have already registered in E-ZanKomegi. This system features video consultations that provide citizens with round-the-clock legal support. It is essential to accelerate the implementation of a chatbot to automate the consulting process," he concluded.
Earlier, Olzhas Bektenov instructed to reduce excessive expenses and eliminate unnecessary structures within the Ministry of Justice.
