In a congratulatory telegram, the President of Kazakhstan highlighted the successful nature of Turkmenistan's policy of neutrality, which has earned well-deserved respect and high authority on the international stage.
"Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan are bound by strong historical ties of centuries-old friendship, good neighborliness, and mutual support. We greatly value the dynamic development and deepening of the strategic partnership between our fraternal countries," the telegram states.
The head of state wished the President of Turkmenistan further success in his responsible duties, and prosperity and well-being to the fraternal Turkmen people.
It was previously reported that Tokayev signed a decree to award workers in the energy sector.
