According to the official statement from Akorda, by presidential decree on the eve of Energy Day, a group of industry workers has been awarded state honors for their fruitful efforts in the domestic energy sector and their contributions to the infrastructural development of Kazakhstan.
In particular, one individual has been awarded the "Parasat" Order, 19 energy workers received the "Qurmet" Order, 36 were honored with the "Eńbek Dañy" Order of the 3rd class, and 56 workers were awarded the "Eren Eńbegi Úshin" medal.
Energy Day in Kazakhstan is celebrated on the third Sunday of December. In 2024, the holiday falls on December 15.
