The corresponding order was signed by Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on February 17, 2025.
"By the order of the head of state, Nurdaulat Toleyev has been relieved of his duties as the head of the General Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan," the document states.
Nurdaulat Toleyev was born on October 31, 1984. He graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is a lawyer.
He began his career in 2004 as a legal advisor at "TopJurAudit KazGUU" in Astana, and from 2005 to 2007, he was a master's student at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He subsequently worked as a research associate at the Institute of Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and as the chief consultant for the Department of Legislative and Judicial Reform of the Mazhilis Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since November 2008, he has been working in the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a consultant in the Secretariat of the Head of Administration, inspector, and head of the sector in the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Prior to his new appointment, he was appointed head of the General Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the order of the head of state in July 2019.
He has been awarded the "Eren Enbegi Ushin" medal (2016) and four commemorative medals.
