This was stated by the head of the Federal Election Commission of Germany, Ruth Brand. The head of the German electoral commission noted that a decision on which parties will be allowed to participate in the elections will be made on January 13 or 14.

- "V-Party". The Party of Change, Vegetarians, and Vegans;
- "Gartenpartei" – this is the Gardeners' Party.
