This was announced today, November 15, 2024, according to information from the district akimat.
"Nurzhan Dikhankbekovich Abdalimov has been appointed as the head of the akim's office of the Talgar district," the statement says.
Nurzhan Abdalimov was born on June 10, 1988. He holds a higher education degree. He graduated from the Kazakh University of Transport and Communications with a specialization in "Customs Affairs," and also earned a Master's degree in Law from the Kainar Academy.
He began his career in 2011 as a senior operator at the State Communal Enterprise "Center for Information Systems of Almaty." He then worked as a specialist in entrepreneurship and industry development at the akim's office of the Alatau district of Almaty (2011-2015), head of the legal department (2015), head of the entrepreneurship and industry department (2015-2018), chief specialist in legal matters (2018-2019), and head of the department at "AlmatyElectroTrans" LLP (2019-2021).
Before his new appointment, Abdalimov served as the head of the legal department at the akim's office of the Talgar district since April 2023.
Previously, the head of the akim's office of the Talgar district was Aslan Kasymbaev. However, following the uproar on social media that arose after the high-profile murder of 16-year-old Sherzat Polat in Talgar, he was dismissed from his position on October 15, 2024. It was reported online that Aslan is the biological brother of Hasan Kasymbaev, who, in turn, was referred to by the residents of Talgar as the leader of the organized crime group "Khutor," which was linked to the murder of the teenager.
By the way, on November 2, Hasan Kasymbaev was detained and placed in a temporary detention center, but not in connection with the murder of Sherzat Polat. He is suspected of intentionally causing serious harm to health and the kidnapping of MMA fighter Arman Alimov, committed in June 2021.
