From 2010 to 2012, he served as the Director of the Rolling Stock Leasing Department at EASTCOMTRANS LLP.
From 2012 to 2018, he was the General Director of "Ақ ниет" LLP.
From 2018 to 2019, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of "Ақ ниет" LLP.
From 2019 to 2023, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Aq Niet Group.
Since March 2023, he has been a member of the Parliament of the VIII convocation, serving on the Committee for Finance and Budget.
On February 21, 2025, Azamat Amrin was appointed as the First Deputy Minister of National Economy. He had been the Deputy Minister of National Economy since October 2020.
