The conflict occurred on December 2, 2024, but information about it has only recently come to light.
According to "My City," citing the press service of the regional court, a resident of Uralsk was playing loud music in her apartment, which displeased her neighbor, even though it was around six in the evening.
The disgruntled man knocked on the door, but the woman did not let him in. In response, the neighbor kicked down the door, entered the apartment, found the woman, struck her several times in the head and body, and then "slammed" her head against the wall. Only after that did the aggressor leave the victim's home.
The defendant admitted his guilt and expressed complete remorse. He was found guilty under Article 109 of the RK Criminal Code "Beatings" and sentenced to 40 hours of community service.
The court's verdict has not yet entered into legal force.
Previously, a resident of the Terektinsky district of ZKO was sentenced to five years in prison after he attacked two police officers with a knife following a quarrel with his wife, inflicting wounds on their forearms and wrists.
