Otyrar.kz reports on December 20 that during inspections, prosecutors uncovered instances of illegal use of funds allocated from the state budget, amounting to over 8 million tenge.

The Inter-District Court for Criminal Cases of the city sentenced the founders of the kindergartens for fraud. One of them received three years of restrictions on freedom, while the other was sentenced to four years and six months of imprisonment.
Previously, abnormal amounts helped uncover cases of corruption in schools and kindergartens in Aktobe.
