Rescuers assisted a foreigner on the highway near Aktobe.
On the afternoon of February 28, on the 10 km stretch of the republican road "Northern Bypass" in Aktobe, a truck driver required assistance from rescuers as his vehicle became stuck in a snowdrift and was unable to continue moving.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, rescuers who arrived promptly used special equipment and a cable to tow the truck to a cleared section of the road.
"The driver did not require medical assistance. He thanked the rescuers and continued on his way," the agency reported.
Earlier in Satpayev, children needed the assistance of rescuers.
