The dog was found at a depth of nearly four meters. It was discovered by a caring resident of the city, Gauhar. The dog was unable to crawl out by itself, and Gauhar's attempts were also unsuccessful. Volunteers responded to the call for help, as reported by "Diapazon".
Fortunately for the volunteers, there was a ladder in the well.
"When I approached the well, she initially barked and growled, but as I began to descend, she whined and started to be affectionate. She calmly stood still while I threaded the rope to pull her out," – shared Yevgeny Lazarchuk.
After that, it was a matter of technique and teamwork. The freed dog joyfully began to run around.
However, it seems there is still a problem. The issue is that the well, located near the regional specialized children's and youth sports school for winter sports, lacks an iron cover. The men thoughtfully inserted a large branch into it.
"Not only can a dog get hurt, but a child can too… There are children practicing sports nearby," – noted the volunteers.
A resident of the city of Semey also drew attention to a similarly open well near a supermarket.
