In one of the videos circulated on social media, a resident of Astana and his accomplice staged a verbal argument that escalated into a physical confrontation.
"During the staged scene, G.A. pulled out an object resembling a gun and pointed it at the people in the elevator, creating a sense of real threat among them. Such actions could lead to irreversible consequences, including panic, deterioration of well-being among citizens, or aggressive reactions from witnesses," the police reported.
In connection with this incident, the organizer has been detained and taken to the police station.
An administrative case for petty hooliganism has been initiated against him, resulting in his placement in a temporary detention room.
