As part of the conducted operational-search activities, a 36-year-old man was detained on suspicion of distributing narcotic substances in the city.
"During a personal search, approximately 300,000 tenge was found in the man's jacket pocket. During a search of his home, a 937 ml plastic bottle containing a light brown liquid, 400 plastic vials intended for oil distribution, and wrapped paper containing a gray-green substance, presumably hashish, were discovered in the kitchen cupboard. Additionally, as a result of further investigative actions, specifically the examination of the crime scene where the detainee claimed the stash was made, two packages were retrieved from several addresses, each containing four vials with narcotic substances," the police reported.
According to the expert's conclusion, the contents of the bottle and vials are cannabis resin. Thus, nearly one liter of hash oil has been seized from illegal circulation.
It has been established that the man was offered a "job" in Telegram for distributing drugs through stash spots.
A criminal case has been registered in connection with this incident. The suspect has been placed in the temporary detention facility.
Earlier, another incident was reported. Police found a dealer through social networks with drugs valued at 30 million tenge.
