The press service of KTZh explained that restoration work is currently underway at the site of the accident, involving two recovery trains and six vehicles.
"Due to the restoration work on the stretch, delays are expected for the passenger trains 'Mangyshlak-Atyrau' and 'Aktobe-Atyrau'. The Akimat of Atyrau region has organized ten passenger buses to transport passengers from the Karabatan station to the station in Atyrau," KTZh representatives stated.
Efforts to address the aftermath of the incident are ongoing.
The accident between a truck and a train occurred on March 1, 2025, at the railway crossing of the Tendik station in the Atyrau region. Three people were injured.
