Ultimately, the matter ended up in court, where the girl was charged with hooliganism. She admitted her guilt but noted that the victim had also caused her a hand injury.
According to the injured woman, her shopping trip ended with a headache and osteochondrosis. She has already spent over 200,000 tenge on treatment. She demanded that the accused pay her one million tenge for moral damages.
The court found the 22-year-old girl guilty of hooliganism and sentenced her to six months of restricted freedom. During this period, she is prohibited from visiting entertainment venues and must be home after work. She was also ordered to compensate the victim 800,000 tenge for legal fees and 100,000 tenge for moral damages.
Earlier, a 17-year-old young man was detained in Taldykorgan. He is suspected of attacking a 22-year-old local resident, who was beaten and stabbed on the street.
