According to the press service of the country's Ministry of Emergency Situations, rescuers evacuated 24 passengers.
The passengers of the malfunctioning bus were transported to the bus station building in Taldykorgan.
"In case of an emergency, call 112," the Ministry of Emergency Situations stated.
That same night, a truck caught fire in the Turksib district of Almaty.
