The editorial team of Zakon.kz confirmed the fact of the traffic accident through the press service of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Mangistau region.
"An administrative protocol has been drawn up against the driver under Article 610 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 'Violation of traffic rules by vehicle drivers, resulting in harm to people's health, damage to vehicles, or other property,'" the police stated.
