A group of teenagers assaulted a girl at an ice rink in the Jetysu district of Almaty, reports Tengrinews.kz correspondent.
According to the city police department's press service, an investigation is underway regarding this incident. The identities of those involved have been established, and they have been taken to the police station.
"The parents of both teenage girls involved in the conflict have been held administratively accountable for failing to fulfill their duties in raising their children," the Almaty police press service informed.
Further details about the incident are currently being clarified.
Additionally, video footage shows the teenagers attacking the girl who was lying on the ground.
Social media reports indicate that following the attack, the girl was hospitalized with multiple injuries, including broken ribs, a concussion, and dislodged braces.
