A new service has been introduced on the eGov.kz portal. This was reported by the press service of "National Information Technologies," as conveyed by Tengrinews.kz.
Now, Kazakhstani citizens can not only correct erroneous information in their certificates and diplomas but also create a digital version of these documents by uploading a scanned copy, thanks to the enhanced version of the state service "Updating (Correcting) Information on Educational Documents."
To apply for digitization of a document, follow these steps:
- log in to the eGov.kz portal and navigate to the "Citizens" section – "Education";
- select the service "Updating (Correcting) Information on Educational Documents" and click "Order Service Online";
- specify the type of application – "Digitization of Information on Educational Documents";
- choose the type of document and upload its scanned copy;
- the result will be available in your personal account under the "Service History" section.
"The digitization of educational documents is carried out in stages. Currently, documents related to secondary education, technical, and vocational education issued from 1980 to 2023 are eligible for digitization. The service is provided within 5 working days," the statement said.
Denial of the service may occur if inaccurate information or documents are detected.
