In the first ten months of this year, QazIndustry approved applications from enterprises for the reimbursement of part of their expenses amounting to 1 billion 154 million tenge, reports the business information center Kapital.kz, citing the Business Promotion Directorate of the Kazakhstan Center for Industry and Export.

According to the directorate, the majority of the funds—1 billion 134 million tenge—were allocated for reimbursing expenses incurred by enterprises aimed at increasing labor productivity. This includes the improvement of technological processes, enhancing production efficiency, implementing digital technologies, upgrading employee competencies, and acquiring technological equipment.

"The most active participants in submitting applications for these types of expenses were representatives from the industries of Almaty, Almaty region, Astana, Shymkent, and Mangystau region, with the agricultural sector, machine engineering, and light industry being the most prominent in terms of industry distribution," explained QazIndustry.

For the second type of expense reimbursement—related to promoting products and services in the domestic market (such as product conformity confirmations, product evaluations, inspection audits and controls, certificate registrations, etc.)—20.1 million tenge has been allocated.
