The football club "Taraz" has implemented a new initiative to combat smoking among players and coaches, reports Caravan.kz.
On the official team page on Instagram, it is stated that a healthy lifestyle will be promoted among players, the coaching staff, and representatives of the football center using new methods. Monitoring will take place not only at the stadium but also beyond its boundaries.
“Now, club representatives are prohibited from smoking not only during training sessions or, even more so, during matches but also outside the stadium. To facilitate this, the club's management is introducing a discipline monitoring system through the installation of additional cameras and drones. Players and coaches caught smoking will be immediately removed from the team. We are confident that such measures will help establish discipline within the club and turn all team members into lifelong advocates of a healthy lifestyle,” stated the football club "Taraz".
It should be noted that FC "Taraz" is competing in the First League of the Kazakhstan Football Championship in the 2025 season.
Previously, it was reported that a Kazakhstani football player might play in the Scottish championship.
