"Emergency responders arrived at the scene in a 'Trecol' special vehicle, where the truck driver was in extremely difficult conditions. Due to prolonged cold, the fuel in the vehicle had frozen, and the man spent five days on the road," reported the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan.
Rescuers promptly delivered essential items to the victim, checked his health condition, and assisted in restoring the truck's operation.
Previously, meteorologists warned Kazakhstan residents about hazardous weather and issued a storm warning for Almaty and 11 regions of the country on January 26.
