According to preliminary information, one of the teenagers fell through the ice and sustained a bruise.
"Rescuers quickly arrived at the scene and transported all three to the rescue station for examination. It turned out that the teenagers were born in 2012 and 2013. The injured teen's leg was examined by the rescuers, who then handed him over to an ambulance team for further assessment," – reported the press service of the Emergency Situations Department of Pavlodar region.
Rescuers remind everyone about the dangers of walking on unstable ice. Even when the ice appears solid, it can be brittle, and hidden voids pose a serious threat to life. Parents are strongly advised to have preventive discussions with their children, explaining safety rules near bodies of water.
