Details have emerged regarding the death of a 26-year-old resident of the village of Kyrbaltabay in the Almaty region, who had been missing for over two months, reports Tengrinews.kz, citing KTK.

Aisha Khamit disappeared under quite mysterious circumstances. On November 26, the young woman went to a birthday party for a friend in Almaty. Later that evening, she texted her sister that her fiancé had kidnapped her. After that, she ceased all communication.

"In her last messages, my sister wrote that the guy had kidnapped her. Allegedly, he had her mobile phone in his hands. We called them, but they hung up. Aisha said he gave her money for travel and bought her gifts. He even promised to marry her. We thought she had been abducted for marriage," shared Asiya Khamit.

Her family began to worry when Aisha's phone was turned off. The missing girl was searched for by relatives, police, and volunteers. Later, law enforcement managed to track down the suspected perpetrator, who turned out to be the fiancé.

According to the deceased's sister, the young man strangled Aisha and buried her body in a dacha area. The dacha territory is located not far from the city center. There, a human body was discovered, lying in a bag that had been buried in the snow. The remains of the girl were found only two months after her disappearance.

Aisha worked as a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature. She also took care of her sick sister. On social media, Aisha found a healer and met the alleged perpetrator at the healer's office. According to the victim's relatives, the suspect showed Aisha signs of affection. Later, he took out loans in her name, exceeding two million tenge. When the girl demanded the money back, the assailant decided to eliminate her.

"It turns out that during their last meeting, my sister demanded the money back. Aisha told him she would inform our parents and threatened to go to the police. That’s when he strangled her in the rented apartment. As far as I know, he abused her," Asiya Khamit recounted.

The suspect is identified as a certain Nurmakhan, a 19-year-old native of the Turkestan region. He is currently in temporary detention.

However, the victim's relatives believe that such a brutal murder could not have been committed by just one person. They are convinced that there may be more perpetrators involved.

"The suspect denied his guilt. Later, he confessed to the murder and even showed the location where he buried my sister's body in a bag. When they dug up the pit, four men struggled to lift it. We believe that this crime was committed by several people. They removed her clothing and stuffed her body into a bag. They killed her like an animal. Thus, we demand that all those responsible face justice," stated the victim's brother, Tabigat Alibek.

The police have opened a criminal case regarding the murder. If the suspect's guilt is proven, he faces up to 15 years in prison.
