According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, they operated in the West Kazakhstan, North Kazakhstan, and Karaganda regions.
"All of them have been eliminated, and the suspects have been apprehended. There are two men and one woman. It has been established that they engaged in cultivation for six months. Each of them produced 50 kg of drugs. A pre-trial investigation is underway against them. They face a penalty of up to 15 years in prison. Work in this area continues," said Daniyar Meirkhan, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Combating Drug Crimes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Previously, the police were able to halt the operations of a network of drug laboratories in two regions of Kazakhstan.
