Two missing individuals have been located in the Karaganda region.
On the afternoon of February 4th, search and rescue teams were conducting operations 140 kilometers from the city of Balkhash, heading towards the village of Sayak in the Karaganda region. They were searching for two men who had left a pumping station the previous night in a vehicle en route to Balkhash and had since gone missing.

The search team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations has located the missing individuals 20 km from the Aşyozek station.
"It turned out that they were stuck in a snowdrift and could not get out or continue their journey. The vehicle was towed to a cleared section of the road and escorted to the city of Balkhash." Press Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan
Earlier, rescuers in the Kostanay region managed to find a missing shepherd.
