Rescue workers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations evacuated two passengers using a "Trecol" all-terrain vehicle to the nearest settlement.
It was clarified that they did not require medical assistance.

Earlier, a tragedy was averted by Pavlodar rescuers on the Irtysh River. Three teenagers were walking along the edge of the ice on the Central embankment of the river.
