According to the Ministry of Culture and Information, the award ceremony took place at the prestigious Borromeo Villa in Arcore.
The soloist of "Kazakhconcert," Aigerim Altynbek, was recognized as the best among the finalists and received a scholarship from the municipality of Arcore, as well as the opportunity to participate in a large concert in Italy in 2025.
It is worth noting that the Kazakhstani artist also secured third place at the International Vocal Competition named after Nikolai Ghiaurov in Modena. This significant event attracted a large audience. Our compatriot was awarded the special prize named after Mirella Freni, the famous Italian opera singer, and also received a role in the opera "Sister Angelica" at a theater in Varna, Bulgaria.
Thus, her achievements on the international stage continue to inspire and delight fans of opera.
Aigerim Altynbek graduated from the Kazakh National University of Arts with a degree in "Vocal Art," under the guidance of Associate Professor Tatyana Rudneva. The opera singer has repeatedly been a laureate of international and national competitions (Italy, Finland, Lithuania, Russia, Germany, and others).
