The Kazakh folk instrument orchestra "Bibigul" performed in Kazan.

As part of the Abai Region Culture Days, a festive concert by the Amre Kashaubayev State Philharmonic took place at the Galiaskar Kamal Tatar State Academic Theater. The performance featured the "Bibigul" orchestra of Kazakh folk instruments, conducted by the esteemed cultural figure of Kazakhstan, Nurlan Tokey.

The event was attended by the Akim of the Abai region, Nurlan Uranhaev, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Vasily Shaikhraziev, the Consul General of Kazan, Erlan Iskakov, delegation members, community leaders, and residents of Kazan, as reported by IA El.kz with a link to the press service of the Abai region akimat.

This cultural event is dedicated to strengthening the long-standing ties between the peoples of Kazakhstan and Tatarstan, embodying the aspiration to preserve and develop a shared spiritual heritage.

The concert program featured works by renowned composers, including Latif Khamidi, Akhmet Zhubanov, Evgeny Brusilovsky, and Nurgisa Tlendiev. The orchestra performed arias from the opera "Abai," as well as folk dances and compositions representing both Kazakh and Tatar cultural motifs.

In addition to the orchestral performance, the audience enjoyed a performance by the folk dance ensemble "Tumar" and Kazakh and Tatar folk songs symbolizing the cultural unity of the two nations. The concert program included leading artists from Kazakhstan, among whom were honored cultural figures Erlan Ryskali and Mapruza Utulenova, as well as soloists recognized with titles of cultural excellence in the country.
