The "Kitten Gav" mural will be restored following the building's facade renovation.

The building located at 38 Kunaev Street is privately owned. As clarified by the office of the Akim of the Medeu District, the mural was removed due to the unsatisfactory condition of the facade, which requires repairs.

The graffiti, created by the Kazakh street artist Pasha KAS, was last updated about 10 years ago. During this time, the facade deteriorated, making restoration work necessary.

Officials from the Akim's office reported that after negotiations with the building's owner, an agreement was reached to completely restore the mural "Kitten Gav" in the same location.
