The Minister of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan, Aida Balayeva, congratulated the festival participants, and her address was read by Rustam Ali, the chairman of the Committee for Archives, Documentation, and Book Affairs.

During the closing ceremony, the ethno-fusion group KhazaR, the Aljazz orchestra, and the VIVAT show ballet performed. These performances marked a vibrant conclusion to the week of cinematic art.
The festival was founded by the Ministry of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan, with organization managed by the "Kazakhfilm" studio, supported by the akimat of Almaty.
