In 2024, classic works of Kazakh animation have been updated in a modern format: "The Lame Goose," "Wisdom and Wealth," "Why Does the Swallow's Tail Split?".
Moreover, Hollywood studios have released dubbed films in Kazakh, including "Puzzle 2," "Despicable Me 4," "Moana 2," "Mufasa: The Lion King," and "The Wild Robot."
The platform "KinoPoisk" has translated and presented the animated film "Garfield" in Kazakh for online viewing, while "Bee TV" has released "Da Vinci's Magical Adventure."
This year, as part of "Kazakhanimatsiya," there are plans to complete the production of ten new animated projects, including the films "Zhibek" and "Team A. Mission Aika." Additionally, the film "Ak Bota" from the golden fund of Kazakh cinema will be restored and updated.
New animated projects that will receive state support will focus on themes of national values, respect for parents, Kazakh fairy tales, friendship, and sports.
To further develop Kazakh animation, a special strategy will be initiated this year, alongside ongoing efforts to enhance the field.
