“The ‘Ұлы дала’ competition, organized by the ‘AMANAT’ party, continues the Head of State's policy of systematic and comprehensive support for national literature. Our competition has already become a stimulus for the development of domestic talents. This year it is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the classic of Kazakh children's literature, Berdibek Sokpakbaev. In honor of this event, large-scale activities took place throughout the year with the support of the President. A monument was erected in the writer's hometown. A conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of B. Sokpakbaev was held at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris,” said the party chairman.
Yerlan Koshanov particularly noted that the “AMANAT” party consistently supports literary figures, both young authors and established writers.
“Our common goal is to serve the people and work diligently for the future of our country. The true example of honest service to the interests of the people and the state is demonstrated by our President Kassym-Jomart Kemelovich Tokayev. He places special importance on values such as justice, honesty, patriotism, hard work, including honest labor. Because these values strengthen the spiritual bonds of the nation. I am confident that these values and positive changes in the country should be reflected appropriately in your works,” said the Speaker of the Mazhilis, addressing the participants of the event.
