The asset recovery management company intends to sell a number of properties returned to state ownership through auctions, as reported by the business information center Kapital.kz.
The auctions will be conducted via a bidding method on the E-qazyna web platform.
On November 22, the following properties are scheduled for sale:
Astana:
- non-residential premises with an area of 120.8 sq. meters in the Nura district, with an estimated value of 84,444,497 tenge (+12% VAT);
- non-residential premises with an area of 175 sq. meters in the Nura district, with an estimated value of 115,748,494 tenge (+12% VAT);
- non-residential premises with an area of 121 sq. meters in the Nura district, with an estimated value of 84,584,305 tenge (+12% VAT);
- non-residential premises with an area of 176.1 sq. meters in the Nura district, with an estimated value of 116,476,056 tenge (+12% VAT).
Almaty
- a land plot in the Nauryzbay district with an area of 226.9192 ha, with an estimated value of 1,832,264,555 tenge;
- a ten-story office building in the Koktem-2 microdistrict, valued at 4,377,184,000 tenge (+12% VAT);
- an administrative building with an estimated value of 1,822,991,453 tenge.
Auctions for two assets are scheduled for November 26, 2024 – 100% stakes in the following companies:
- Zharkent Su, a water collection and distribution company located in the Turksib district of Almaty. The estimated value of this LLP is 593,139,151 tenge.
- The thermal energy production business LLP “Tulpar,” located in the Auezov district of Almaty. The estimated value of this asset is 991,469,139 tenge.
To participate in the auctions, it is necessary to register on the E-Qazyna platform, make a security deposit, and submit an application within the specified time frame. The auctions will take place online, allowing participation from anywhere in the world.
