Eleven detailed planning projects are being developed for the city of Alatau, focusing on key areas such as tourism, logistics, industry, education, and business. Preliminary agreements have already been made regarding the placement of major investment projects. Proposals for amendments to the city's General Plan were discussed during a meeting between Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbaev and business representatives along with project institutes.
“We are creating a modern urban center that will serve as a model for the entire country. It is essential to ensure that all construction processes meet international standards. I instruct to review a number of investment projects within a month regarding their placement in accordance with previously signed contracts with investors. All relevant ministries must expedite the process of making changes to the city's General Plan by May,” emphasized Kanat Bozumbaev.
Additionally, a meeting of the Project Office was held in Alatau.
