Among them, the most ambitious is the construction project of a 22-story multifunctional complex. It will feature a hotel, commercial spaces, and restaurants. The height of the complex will reach 60 meters, making it the tallest building in Ust-Kamenogorsk. Investors have approved funding, and the completion of construction is scheduled for 2027, according to the city's akimat.
Another presented project focuses on plastic recycling and its transformation into raw materials. This initiative aims to process over 4 tons of waste annually.
A further initiative involves the creation of educational games for children, designed to serve as an alternative to popular foreign platforms. The developer emphasizes national and educational elements.
It was previously reported that by the end of 2025, approximately 400 kilometers of roads leading to industrial centers and tourist attractions in the East Kazakhstan region will be restored.
